2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Rodie Office.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription Services

Rodie Office is offered on a subscription basis.

Subscription fees may be charged monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

By subscribing, you authorize Rodie.io to charge the payment method provided for recurring subscription fees until canceled.

Prices may change from time to time. Existing customers will be provided reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.

4. Free Trial

Rodie.io may offer a free trial period.

If a free trial is offered, billing may begin automatically after the trial period unless canceled before the trial expires.

The availability and duration of any free trial may change at any time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information

Protecting login credentials

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Obtaining consent for communications sent through your business

Reviewing and approving content where applicable

You agree not to use Rodie Office for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or spam-related activities.

6. Communication Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:

Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

Privacy laws

Email marketing regulations

SMS marketing regulations

Any other applicable laws

Rodie.io provides tools and automation but does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.

7. Third-Party Services

Rodie Office may integrate with third-party providers including but not limited to:

Google

Stripe

Twilio

Meta

Email service providers

Payment processors

Rodie.io is not responsible for outages, changes, policies, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, graphics, designs, logos, content, workflows, and technology provided by Rodie.io remain the property of Rodie.io unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:

Copy

Reverse engineer

Resell

Modify

Redistribute

any portion of the platform without written permission.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Rodie.io does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance

Software updates

Third-party outages

Internet disruptions

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodie.io shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue

Lost profits

Business interruption

Lost customers

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Special damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous three months of service.

11. No Guarantees

Rodie.io provides tools intended to improve lead management, communication, and business efficiency.

We do not guarantee:

Specific revenue increases

Specific lead volume

Search engine rankings

Customer acquisition results

Review generation results

Business results depend on many factors outside of our control.

12. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle customers to refunds for previously paid subscription periods.

Access to certain services may end upon cancellation.

13. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Any promotional guarantees or trial offers will be governed by the specific terms associated with that offer.

14. Termination

Rodie.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms

Engage in unlawful activity

Abuse the platform

Interfere with system operations

Engage in spam or fraudulent behavior

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Manitoba, Canada.
